What we collect. When you contact us, book a demo class or enrol, we collect the name, phone number and email address you give us, along with what you tell us about the classes you want. For enrolled students we also keep attendance, fee and payment records.

Why we collect it. To reply to you, to run your classes, to send fee reminders and receipts, and to keep the records a business is required to keep.

Who we share it with. Nobody, except services we use to run the academy — for example our email provider and, where you have booked a class, our calendar. We do not sell your information or pass it to advertisers.

How long we keep it. For as long as you are a student and afterwards for as long as our records obligations require.

Your choices. Ask us and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct anything wrong, or delete what we are not required to keep.
