Terms of Use

This is a starting point, not legal advice. Have it reviewed before relying on it.

Enrolment. A place is confirmed once enrolment is complete and the first month's fee is paid.

Fees. Fees are payable monthly on the agreed date. A receipt is issued for every payment. Fees may change with notice given in advance.

Missed classes. Tell us in advance and we will try to reschedule within the same month, subject to the teacher's availability. Classes missed without notice are not usually rescheduled.

Leaving. Tell us before the start of a month if you are stopping, so we can free the slot for someone else.

Conduct. We expect students and their families to treat teachers, staff, other students and the premises with care. We reserve the right to end an enrolment where that does not happen.

Photographs. We sometimes photograph classes and recitals for our website and social media. Tell us if you would rather you or your child were not photographed, and we will respect it.

Liability. Students remain responsible for their own instruments and belongings on our premises.
